About Dessa

Dessa Little is an unapologetically middle-aged black woman who writes stories that celebrate the kaleidoscope of African American women. A graduate of Howard University, she laughs at funny movies, is moved by an amazing stage performance, jams to P-Funk at her desk and captures moments by taking photographs.
