By purchasing Digital Products from this website, you are granted a non-exclusive, limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Digital Products for your own personal, non-commercial, entertainment, informational and educational use, insofar as you do not violate any copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights.

By purchasing Digital Products from this website, you agree NOT to:

  • Sell, rent or sub-license any Digital Products or other products and materials on or from this website;
  • Reproduce, duplicate, copy or otherwise exploit any Digital Products or other products and materials on or from this website for a commercial purpose;

By purchasing Digital Products from this website, you represent that:

Refunds

There are no refunds for eChapter or eBook Digital Products after successful download and use. The exceptions of duplicate purchases or technical failure must have the refund requested within 10 days of purchase. Proof such as order ID, device type, screenshots or error logs will be required. To request a refund, please email CustomerService@lucyislight.com with your verifying proof included in the body of the email and/or with attachments. Our target response time is up to 14 days from when we receive the request. Any refund will go to the original payment method.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the website, we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it.
